They came over on a Sunday to look at my problem. Called around to try to find parts for my old water heater. Then we decided to just put a new one in, since mine was 13 years old. They left all decisions up to me and kept me informed. I was very pleased that I had hot water by noon! Yes, I will use them again! Highly Recommend them!!
