I always shopped at 86st – Brooklyn – so friendly salespeople. It was my first time I visited they store located in Brighton. Horrible and unfriendly personal ! One older lady was so mad and absolutely unprofessional. My mother bought for me 2 beautiful dresses- one is fit me and another was little bit big size. The dresses were with tag, plastic bags and hangers. My mother lost a recite- she paid cash about $400. I totally understand that not even one store can return without recite! I was wondering if they can exchange for something else. I asked them so nice if it positive- one older lady with short great hair was absolutely nasty and start shaking with her head and speak with ‘bad’ voice . I mean I understand the rules but be friendly and explain nice why you have to be like …. that ! My mother was so upset the way how the talk with us .
