Called and ask for a quote to have my rear differential axle checked out to make sure it’s good, guy puts me on hold to ask the manager, manager states it’s free, I tell him I’m on the way (black guy). When I get there Kevin, only guy at front desk first states I didn’t call, when I showed him my phone that I just called 5 minutes before arriving, he asked the other guy who came from back if I called and he confirmed yes. He then tells the other guy what the service the manager said was free was not free and the only thing that was free was to check under the car for leaks. You can tell he was on a power trip and upset he made the false accusation that I didn’t call and talk to someone before showing up literally 5 minutes later.

Initial staff was friendly. Had an appointment that I was 45 minutes early for. Still took 2 1/2 hours just for 2 tires. When I went to check out, the salesperson hardly acknowledged me at all because he was tied up on phone and helping others. Decent prices though.

I told the front desk I wanted to pull the car around so I could give them the chuck for my custom rims. The front desk said that he would tell them to come get me when it is ready to be pulled around. By the time I made it to the back room, two people, greasy and dirty were in my car pulling it around. This car is a show car, so I expect everything to be in pristine condition. By the time I made it to the back, they managed to lock themselves in my car. They were asking how to get it unlocked, and frantically trying to get out of my car. In the meantime, he tries to pull the locking mechanism inside the car and breaks it. Once the tires and rims were put back on the car, I noticed a knick in the sidewall of the rims. (Which was not there before) I will never take my car back to this place again… The front desk said that they would handle the situation directly. They should have more respect for other people’s property.
