Okay this is going to be a fun one I called Mavis to have a quote for drums and shoes to be installed on a 2007 Cobalt I informed the person who answered the call that I have the parts all I needed was Labor install that was it they proceeded to quote me $50 so I made the arrangement to be there at 8:00 when they open the very next day to have them installed. I get there the next morning they don’t know anything about that they have to look it up. She tells me that’s not the correct price I say fine I’ll take it somewhere else she says no hold on she comes back well that’s not supposed to be the price so I leave the vehicle there but my father I have to go to work. So mind you in the back of my head they’re going to find a reason to charge me extra to make up for that quote I’m no dummy I’ve been in retail I know how things work love behold that happens then get the car on the list it says the wheel cylinder blows out cars on the lift breaks off my dad backed in the corner so he has to pay the price they raised up and it raised up to the price they would have done for an install. A wheel cylinder it cost 15 bucks like you said he was going to give it to us I already had everything broke apart no extra labor ended up charging us $180 on an original quote of $50. Magically would have been the price if the person would have quoted me correctly firsthand amazing how things work you never go back there again don’t trust them.

So thankful to have a reliable and friendly place to bring my car, I was disappointed to see it was no longer Mike’s but so happy I gave them a chance! Far exceeded customer satisfaction and I came in knowing what I wanted to find out there was things they found needing immediate attention!
