Worst customer service experience ever. I asked the sales man to see the tire multiple times and he took me to a display tire and said it would look something like that. I asked him if he was paying for the tire and he started raising his voice at me and said that I was rude and hostile. I said I’m sorry I’ve asked you 3 times to look at the EXACT tire you are trying to sell me not something that will be SIMILAR.APPARENTLY eoth COVID CUSTOMER SERVICE has gone out the door and NOW it’s accepted to treat customers with disrespect because they ask questions and you talk down to women who come educated….

Went to pick up vehicle with friend. Price for 2 tires was very reasonable, friendly service, clean area. I gave 2 stars because the girl helping us wasn’t wearing a mask at all. To make it worse the person she served before us was an older man! My friend and I as well as the older gentleman all had masks on, thankfully. I think it’s ridiculous to require customers to wear masks and not wear them yourself. It’s also law to wear masks, so there’s that. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again!
