Just finished receiving the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced period!!! The assistant manager Luis was courteous knowledgeable and a gentleman. Then I met the manager Devon and understood that under his leadership the entire shop was full of courteous and knowledgeable employees. They took special care to make sure I had exactly what I wanted for the price I needed after experiencing the exact opposite at a different location. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and would suggest they both get raises. If you need tires this is the location to visit.

I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately it turned out I needed more work done than anticipated. The gentlemen who worked on my vehicle showed me what I needed and went through everything. They gave me their best prices and even some discounts. They set me up with a finance company to cover the cost of which I will have time to pay it off interest free. I highly recommend this Mavis shop because they treated me with honesty and respected my auto repair needs as well as my financial situation.
