This was my third trip to Oswego Mavis after moving here in October 2020. First time was for four good radials to get me through the winter. Their service and advice was great. The next time was for an oil change and they noticed my car was past due for inspection – they politely asked if I wanted them to inspect it – I did. The last time there was an issue with my muffler and it turned out it just needed two bolts. They didn’t charge me for their time.I have been taken advantage of by mechanics many times. I am a woman and not very knowledgeable about cars. They could have found other problems or made them up. They dealt with me courteously and respectfully and I have a sense this is their very good business model. I will return for sure!

This facility took care of me immediately. I had hit a pot hole in the city and my tire went completely flat. I took it to them around the corner from where it happened and they brought it in and put my spare on so that I could get home. I dropped it off the next day and they fixed it. Tyler, the manager, was professional, attentive and would highly recommend taking your vehicle there.
