I bought 4 new tires in October. When I got the tires put on I had a flat spare and one flat tire. I asked them to take the best of the other tires and make that my spare tire. When I left I had a tire on the spare rim and another tire with no rim. I was in a hurry and assumed the spare was set.As I was driving away I saw that they did not reset the TPMS but was in a hurry and could not wait for them to get it together.7 months later I get a flat tire and find the tire on the spare rim was still the flat one and the tire that they choose for my spare had no rim.So I had to have the car towed (not cheap).I made an appointment for them to fix their mistake and have now been sitting here for over am hour past my appointment time and they haven’t even taken the car into the garage yet.I am a very patient person but I have sat here for over an hour for them to fix THEIR mistake and they do not seem to have any sense of hurry at all.I’ll write more if they dare to charge me for their mistake.
