I love this place. Ken the manager has everyone on there job and doing great. My mechanic Tyrone was unbelievable. The way he explains in depth about the car and makes sure the job is done right.

On Wednesday I called the store in Nyack to see if I was able to get a wheel alignment. The representative told me it was too late and advised me to come tomorrow. I asked is 4:30 okay, he said yes. The next day a representative called me to confirm my appointment.I arrived at Mavis around 4:20. I was advised to park my car in a spot. When I went inside to check in everything seemed okay. The representative at the desk stated it’ll be about an hour and 30 minutes.I sat in the waiting area for about a little more than an hour, I noticed my car was in the same spot. I asked the representative at the desk when will my car be serviced, he very rudely says “whenever they get to it, they’re busy”. I then asked for my keys so I can go, he goes in the back, then came back to the desk saying you car is next….in a very unprofessional manner.At this point I’m very uncomfortable but I needed a wheel alignment badly so I sat back down. Moments later I go back to the desk and asked for my keys. Again in a unprofessional manner he says “your car is next, they’re busy”. Again, I asked for my keys, he rudely says “okay fine”.As I’m about to walk out the door, one of the mechanics explains that the car before mine took longer than expected. I let him know that I understood the situation but that should have been communicated so that my time is not wasted. I had other business to tend to. My issue was not the wait it was the lack of communication, I could have made my appointment for a later time or another day.I will not be back to this location!
