Andrew and his team were exceptional at providing great customer service and were extremely professional. Andrew was able to get me exactly what I needed and at a fair price. I didn’t have to wait long at all and was very satisfied with my experience. I would definitely go back and recommend this store to anybody who needs work done on their vehicle.

Horrible. They will scam you, especially as a woman, into buying services you do not need to make commission. I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they take advantage of people. They are completely unprofessional and blamed another shop for damage to my car (when the other shop later on showed me video evidence that they didn’t.) I have reason to believe Mavis is who caused the damage. I lost hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money and sat in the waiting room for 8+ hours (when they said it would take 2-4 hours) just to find out I was lied to and manipulated afterwards. They see a young person who does not know a lot about cars and they take advantage of you. This was not my first time here, I have gone several times and thought I could trust them now but I had to learn the hard, and very expensive, way. Even if they don’t scam you, they will probably have you waiting for hours and not all of the techs are very competent. Sooner or later they will probably mess up your car. The convenience of the location is just not worth it. Take it from me and all the other one star reviewers, don’t go here…there’s a reason there’s so many bad reviews.

Andrew and his team are amazing. He is super knowledgeable and took great care of my car! I had made an appointment to get my brakes changed and this Mavis took care of it in way less time than I expected.
