The manager Tommy made it this drudging experience fun and easy. Like he said its like trying on a pair a shoes! He had 3 samples of mattresses to determine the firmness of what you feel comfortable at. He and his co worker wore masks, give you a paper sheet to place over the pillow so you can try out each bed. After several questions, trying out each bed, we decided on which one my son liked. (I already had purchased my adjustable bed 3 years ago from mattress firm too!) He gave us lots of different options based on quality and price. We choose the one he wanted gets it delivered on Friday which is only 2 days so we were very pleased he got down to business and we didn’t waste his time or ours. Thanks again for a great experience. And a great birthday present for my son!

My boyfriend and I purchased our first mattress together at the Westfield location today and had a great experience! We had very different requirements for what we wanted in a mattress and our sales person, Angela, went above and beyond to make sure we were both satisfied without ever making us feel pressured to purchase throughout the entire two hours we were there! She is very knowledgeable about the products and diligently researched all of the potential options available to us in our price range. I definitely recommend going to this location if you’re in the market for a mattress, we had a very positive experience! Go Angela!
