I called looking for a twin mattress and needed it right away for my daughter who decided to move here from Arizona. An awesome salesperson (Eric)from Pleasant Hill location was very accommodating, efficient and immediately put me in touch with the Vallejo store who had something available same day. They did not try to up sell me a more expensive model. I carried out the mattress same day. Delivery of box spring comes next day from local warehouse. I am very satisfied and thankful for the teamwork exemplified by both stores. My daughter is sleeping soundly ….thank you again MATTRESS FIRM!

The customer service here is really superb. They patiently answer our questions about the mattresses. Especially Oliver, he is very pleasant and accommodating in helping us find the right mattress for us. Not only was he able to help us but he was also able to go beyond our expectation.
