I needed to purchase a new mattress. I hate buying a new mattress because it is a big decision and a big commitment. Michael greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. After introducing himself to my husband and I, Michael had us answering questions about what we were looking for in a mattress and then had us test a mattresses based on what we told him.
