I went to Mattress firm located in Flushing Queens and had a great experience. I dealt with Ryan who is absolutely amazing and kind. He did not apply pressure and push for the most expensive mattress, like most sales man do. He asked my budget and got me a great deal below my budget! Ryan is highly knowledgeable of all the products and looks out for the best interest of the customer. If u go to the Mattress firm located in Flushing Queens ask for Ryan , you won’t regret it.

Walked into the establishment early Saturday morning and was welcomed by Ryan. He gave my family and I the opportunity to look around the store at a variety of mattresses. He asked if there was a particular style and showed those styles as well as alternatives. He was very informative on the models they had in stock. If it were possible to give 10 stars I absolutely would. I highly recommend requesting for Ryan Chang at this location!I came in to look for a mattress for my older mother who had a specific set of needs and we all know how time consuming that can be. But Ryan was absolutely amazing! He was extremely patient with us and gave us detailed breakdowns of our numerous options. He was kind, resourceful and I would HIGHLY recommend him to all of my friends and family if they were ever in the area to look for a mattress.
