Buying a mattress at Mattress Firm was a completely positive experience. In fact, it was fun!The service was fantastic. Even though the sales staff were working with other clients who were there before us, we got immediate attention. We were given a quick explanation on which mattresses to test first as well as a personal pillow and pillow napkin to use while we moved from bed to bed.Rene was the sales associate who worked with us and she was a complete pro. She knows her mattresses ! Beyond her knowledge in the mattress arena, Rene has a great sense of humor and easily relates to people and their concerns, needs and budget.If I owned a store, I would love to have Rene work for me
