The overall experience was Great and I would recommend Mattress Firm San Leandro to family and friends. Because I have only shopped online previously, I am not giving my experience 5 stars since I have nothing to compare it to.

I’m really glad we went with mattress firm at Bayfair. I was very impressed with the service we received. The woman we worked with was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She helped us limit our search really quickly and knew every answer we asked. I would definitely go there again if I needed a second bed!
