I was greeted by associate Josh who was so helpful. He knew when to be available and when to give me space to try the beds. He was there to answer questions but was not being a high pressure salesman. He offered me different options so that I could find the perfect bed and adjustable frame. I did not make a purchase that day but He impressed me so much that I went back to his store to make my purchase even though there is a Mattress Firm closer to where I live.Thank you Josh for a great experience!
