My husband and I needed a new mattress. So we stopped by Mattress Firm where we were greeted by Alissa. She was amazing! She asked how we slept and was able to point us to which mattresses would be the best fit for us. Thanks to her questions and knowledge we were able to pick the perfect mattress for us. She really made us feel like she wanted to find what works best for us. We ended up buying a new mattress and an adjustable base, and couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
