I walked in and there was already a couple there. This was not a deal breaker and I had allotted plenty of time to browse. Faith showed me some options and I selected the one that suited my fancy most. She was nice and NOT pushy. She was pleasant to chat with and seemed like a cool chick. Overall I was pleased and would totally recommend buying from her.

I called the store and he made sure to answer all my questions about the Purple Royal seat cushion and even did me a favor and called another location just so I could pick it up the same day!! This was very important for me cause I just had a surgery done on my back and needed the seat cushion for my comfort!! He sent me a link to complete my purchase and made it VERY easy for me shop with Mattress Firm!! I’ll definitely be coming back to get myself a mattress soon!! Thank you very much!!
