First time buying a mattress and Henry was so helpful! He was very professional and had all the information and answers to our questions, first store we went to and we decided to shop around and ended back at matress firm because besides the price the customer service was the best we received from all the places. When we came back and Henry was helping another customer and we were greeted by Patrick and he was so nice and professional as well!
