My husband and I were not looking forward to trying to find a new mattress. Last time we had to buy a new one it was a horrible experience.Hoping to make it easier this time we checked out Costco’s mattresses, but found them to be very firm. I told my husband I would be willing to go to one additional mattress store. He picked Mattress Firm and that weekend we were on our way.Now let me share with you, I put mattress salespeople in the same category as car salespeople – pushy and over bearing.When we walked in, Joey came up and said he only had two questions for us, what firmness would we like and what is our price range. He quickly showed us three different mattresses, comparing the firmness of each. He then explained coil, foam and hybrid designs. He then let us look around on our own. Occasionally he stopped by and answered any questions we had. We found a mattress we liked and it was delivered within a couple of days. The delivery guys were so nice and professional.If you need a mattress, we recommend you ask for Joey at Mattress Firm in Livermore.

Definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Livermore. Kenya was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses we looked at, very friendly and very professional. He worked within our budget and helped us find the right mattress at an amazing price. In fact we ended up returning about an hour later to purchase another mattress for our daughter!
