The sales rep Ed was extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to stay beyond the store hours to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was extremely personable and at no point in time did we feel we were talking to a salesman trying to get us to buy things we don’t need, which often happens when you walk into mattress stores.
