After two years of disappointing and frustrating experiences buying king mattresses online, I decided to give the in-store experience a shot and so I went to Mattress Firm in Irving Town Center. After reading many of the reviews, they seemed to be so positive but I was a little suspicious. I’m a big old guy and very particular about my mattress, especially since I have some frequent sciatica pain issues. After being taken care of by Laura and buying a wonderful comfortable supportive king plush mattress, I am totally 100% convinced that she may be one of the top customer service people I’ve ever met. Her patience, knowledge and low-key approach was so gratifying and honest compared to my other experiences elsewhere, and I am convinced Laura is underpaid regardless of how much they are paying her. I could not be more pleased and will never do any mattress business anywhere else except with Mattress Firm and Laura.
