I very rarely write reviews as my expectations are fairly high and I do not often find retail store experiences to meet them. So it is with surprise and pleasure that I can report on my husband’s and my experience in purchasing a mattress today. We were welcomed and offered assistance and then left to explore. When we asked questions we received good, thorough information. We know that purchasing a mattress can be overwhelming with all the options and the trying out and Don the sales consultant was extremely patient and as we built a rapport we had good laughs and felt very comfortable in taking our time and making our decision. We never felt pressured and when our decision was made we felt well informed and pleased with our purchase and our time spent.

What can I say but WOWZA!My husband and I knew what we needed and wanted to get a restful sleep and Cassanndra made it all happen.This was our 4th mattress place and everyone was nice where we went but the difference is the KNOWLEDGE Cassandra has and she one-upped them all!
