We had gone to 2 other stores prior to walking into this Mattress Firm location. We were the only ones in the store and maybe that attributed to the amazing customer service we received by Carl but nonetheless it exceeded our expectations. He spent the time to teach us about what it is we needed to get quality sleep. He asked us about the problems we had and took that into consideration when recommending what mattress suited us. We really liked the fact that he wasn’t pushing towards more expensive options and was making sure whatever our decision was…ultimately relied on what we felt most comfortable in. We’ve heard different sales pitches before but like I said, it didn’t even feel like he was selling us a mattress, more like a friendly conversation where his recommendations were supported by the knowledge he had to back it up.We’re extremely satisfied with the service we received and we haven’t even gotten the mattress yet.
