I did not shop around. I went, picked out what I wanted, and Ordered. Once ordered, you have to go pick up your mattress at a warehouse. A little time consuming and more expensive than most. However, the person that I talked to at Dimond location, usually not her store, Was very informative and very helpful. For her service I give her 5 stars

Went in for a quote. Sales lady wasn’t pushy or snobby, even when I told her my low price point I wanted to stay at. She was friendly and courteous to me and my 2 year old daughter.
