1st and foremost, answering the phone with a smile is a way to tell others that you are there to help them and Rey did just that. From the beginning of my inquiry, he listened to my needs and guided me on what products would work. Honestly, shopping for beds is not easy with so many options. Due to COVID-19, it’s kind of hard to go in person but doing on line was not the best way because i ordered a product that was not good. I called Rey and he recommended i go in person so i did just that. The experience of laying on the bed and feeling for comfort was exactly what i needed. Even better, we got a REALLY good deal. Rey was so nice and he even made the process go easy with my return and new purchase. Overall, he’s excellent at this job. Great sales technique with no pressure.
