They getting 1 Star because that’s the lowest I can go but this place has the Worse customer service ever, if you bought online don’t expect to come here for help they will plain & simple tell you they can’t help you because you bought online unless an online operator sends you to the store for help this is according to the sales reps at this store, this didn’t make much sense to me so left & drove straight to nearest mattress firm store in Coop City where I got all the help I needed with no problem they deserve 5 stars which is my next review

They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I told them what I was interested in, they showed it to my son, who loved it. They had it in stock, apparently mattresses are sold rolled up in boxes now; it fit in my trunk and my son is sleeping peacefully on it tonight. I could not be happier.
