If you’re shopping for a mattress, Mattress Firm in a Chula Vista, was a very good experience. We’ve considering a new mattress because we’ve been dealing with a lot of discomfort. We were fortunate enough to work with Miguel Marquez. We were trying to be very careful and thorough with our search. Miguel was very patient, having spent two hours with him. While normally we would’ve waited to make a decision, he made the experience very easy and made us very comfortable with our purchase. I would highly recommend working with Miguel.

The store manager Miguel was very attentive, answered all my questions and taught me a lot about mattresses. He made me feel comfortable and I felt he was genuine about making sure I found a great mattress to suit my needs and was within my budget. I didn’t feel pressured and he took his time assisting me. I had visited a big name furniture store before trying this Mattress Firm location and my experience here was by far exceptional compared to my experience at the big name furniture store. I was overwhelmed with the process of purchasing a mattress but my experience here was great and I felt great about my purchase.
