Our family has purchased 4 beds from Mattress Firm in Portland Oregon! So there was no question where we would go for our new mattress in Chico CA! We were immediately greeted by Kristen. Her friendliness was amazing. Her product knowledge was impressive to say the least. We never felt pressured or rushed. She listened to what our needs were based on our miserable sleep stories. She had a number of mattresses that we tested. She didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mattress but the one that would be the best for us. She did suggest a mattress cover for protection which we did purchase. Kristen didn’t try to over sell your other products but offered suggestions. Her cross-selling approach was without pressure. Over all our experience in the Chico store was wonderful. Kristen exceeded all our expectations. Her customer service is excellent. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated her patience while we decided what to purchase. Kristen is a gem! If I had the power to give her a raise I would!!! Thank you Mattress Firm and Kristen!! Went to quickly purchase a water proof mattress protector for a new king size bed. Sales person showed us their top end product and said it was approximately $200.00. Did a quick internet search and found it for $49.99. He priced matched it for us and we were out in about 20 minutes total. Makes me wonder what their actual cost is for that item. Even at $49.99 they probably make 200%-300% profit on that. Just glad it did not take long. Thanks.
