Bought a bed for my guest room and guest always tell us the bed is very comfortable. Great customer service, friendly staff, and clean store. Went back yesterday and new associates we found in there were so friendly and professional, they made sure my 2 kiddos were comfortable playing with Legos while we tried out beds. The also offered us water to drink. Happy with the product, happy with the service. Definitely recommend this store.

I did not expect to have such an easy experience as I did buying a mattress set for a seldom used guest room. Two other stores tried to hustle or shame me into spending way more than I intended. I walked into Mattress Firm and let them know right off I wanted a medium priced set, which they obliged in very good humor. I was shown a group of last year’s remainder at a price I was willing to pay. The higher end mattresses which would be very welcome for a nightly used sleep were fantastic. When I am ready to switch out mine for something new, I will certainly go back. My sales associate could not have conducted my sales any better than he did. And I am a very picky person!
