Even though my mother and I arrived at the last couple hours of the work day for the employees of Mattress Firm. The Store Manager was very kind to us and patient with me on deciding on a mattress. He really did go beyond than what my expectations were when it came down to finding the right mattress for me. At the end, we did get a new mattress ordered along with an editional added bonus pillow
