Went down to mattress firm after my friend highly recommended them to us. Howard was great. Real Salt of the earth guy. He took the time to interact with not only me and my wife but our 4 kids too. He was on top of everything and took the time to listen to our wants and needs and we ended up finding the perfect bed. 10/10 would recommend seeing Howard if your looking for a new bed

I didn’t purchase anything here since they didn’t have any mattress toppers available at the store when I visited. Nevertheless, the associate who assisted us was so professional, friendly, and helpful. She still helped us figure out where to go to find toppers in stock at nearby stores. I’ll definitely come back to this location for my next mattress purchase.

The customer service here is Amazing! I did not feel rushed or pushed to buy any of their products. Howard was very helpful and knowledgeable in the bed I was looking at getting. They made sure I was happy with my purchase. I brought my 3 year old with me who was tired and cranky and I Believe her name was Lisa (sorry if I got the name wrong) she watched him for me while completing the purchase. They also brought out markers for him. They are all very nice here and welcoming. Very Family friendly. I Highly recommend buying your bed here!
