I went for the first time at the mattress firm at 1304 expressway 83 and Daniel made me feel as a true customer, he was well mannered and took the time to explain to me and my daughter every detail and difference of the mattresses. His customer service is something that I don’t find usually around here. He helped me make an educated purchase. I usually don’t do this but when you experience a good thing, you need to share it with the people you care about. I’ve been experiencing back and neck problems for over a year now. At first I thought it was stress random soreness, but after awhile, realized it was because my pillows and mattress was outdated. I was reluctant to go to the store because of COVID. The Mattress Firm In McAllen had masks, disposable sheets and hand sanitizer to keep things sanitized. Noel the Sales Manager, educated us on each bed and took his time showing us around. It felt safe and I felt like I had enough information and testing to make a decision. We finally decided on one. After a week of having it, I will say I don’t have the neck pain, back pain and I sleep 100% better than I did before. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it! We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping and getting some extra hours really does help me have more energy throughout the day so the investment is totally worth it! If you’re having neck, back or sleep trouble it could be your mattress. Just thought I’d let you know. Sleeping is believing! Thank you Noel for being so awesome and a very special thanks to the Perez family who have owned the Mattress Firms since they came down. I appreciate y’all more than you know!
