Super quick and pleasant trip! I was able to go right in and look at mattresses. I was also informed that they sanitize all displays between customers and you could definitely tell that everything was clean and ready to be sat on, laid on, and tested for comfort! I walked away with a super nice Sealy Queen mattress with a box spring and basic metal frame for less than $600! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment/Elmira Wholesale Furniture

I ordered a full bed set on Oct 17,2020. I was told by the very nice woman that it would be about a week but if I didn’t hear anything in 2 weeks to definitely call but she’s be suprised if it took that long. So I waited the week..nothing..waited another week and heard nothing so I called. Had to leave a message cuz they don’t like to answer the phone. The gentleman called me back and said he didn’t know when it would be in. Could be today, could be next week. I don’t know. Great! In the meantime I had in laws I had to send to a hotel because I didn’t have a bed for them. So I gave it another week and called and voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. Called back next day and still no answer so I left a message. Didn’t hear back for 5 days so I called AGAIN but they were closed so I left yet another voicemail and told them I want my bed or my money back so I can go somewhere with better customer service. This is going on a month for an order that was suppose to be in a week!!Not only that but the first time I went to look I inquired on old bed removal and was told only in very rare circumstances. Well I’m single mom with a spec needs child and have no way of disposing and I was told to set it on curb!!!! I go to their page on FB to look last week to see if orders came in since no one will call to update me and I see someone asked if they take away old bed and they responded We Sure Do! …What???!!! Why was I told no?So, I understand delays happened but good customer service would call to let you know of the delay! No one has done so! I had to call…and call..and call and there’s been no response after first call back. I told them if I hear nothing by Thursday I will take it to small claims court.I do NOT recommend this place!
