Ordered a logging truckload of birch, August 9. Today is November 23. Between then and now, I called many times and was told they were running behind but it would be delivered soon. Today I called. They are not going to deliver the wood they promised me for 3 1/2 months. They offered to sell me 2 cords for 285 bucks each….35 more than the going price. Terrible communication, terrible experience.
