Being a young woman, I often don’t feel fully comfortable going to car repair shops as I do not know a lot about cars and have received over priced quotes in the past. I was blown away by my experience at Master’s. Erik took a look at my car right away and walked me through everything that needed to be done to the vehicle. I left with all the repairs my car needed and felt truly taken care of in the process. Erik was extremely genuine, personable and professional.
