I have a friend who stopped in and she is handicapped. The woman at the counter was rude and mean to her. There was another woman who got nasty with her and this whole experience ruined my friends day. She is elderly. She almost tripped and fell using a walker and nobody reached out to help her. She loves this store but said she will never go back due to the lack of respect and kindness shown to her.
