I walked up to the door 5 minutes before they open I was told they didn’t open till 7 where I stood outside a male walk past me into the store and to the same lady that I walked into and she told him we don’t open till 5 minutes but still let him come into the store and showed him where to go so I didn’t walked in and said mam you just told me you don’t open till 7 oh you can come in but we just can’t wait on you I never asked her to wait on me she just automatically told me when I walk to the door we don’t open in 5 minutes and I was not told that I could go ahead and come in the store I stood outside then I went in to purchase my item I needed assistance so I walked around to the eye where I found a young man putting up door knobs I asked him for assistance he looked at me he threw the door knob package in the buggy so I looked at him and said you can help me if you can if you can’t that’s fine so he came around to help me I was on the phone getting the information on the item I need and he stopped to tell me I would have to go outside to purchase the item which the item is a box of nails really he was not listening to me I always come to Marvin’s I’ve came to Marvin over 40 years my experience today really hurt my feelings

I love this place. Prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but I’m willing to pay more for better customer service. The employees are knowledge and it never takes more than a few seconds to find someone to help you. No more waiting for hours at the orange or blue store for help never to come.
