I had the most wonderful customer experience with Martin’s Heritage today. The baffle plates (I think that is what they called them) in my wood stove broke and I was very nervous about using my fireplace. I also have a very old home that does not heat well, so I rely on the woodstove for heat. John came by after a long day working on other projects and helped me out. My house is finally warming up safely .They have made a loyal customer out of me for sure!!! Thank you to the folks at Martin’s for the wonderful customer service!

Staff was very knowledgeable bonus they had everything I needed even the square thingy goes out & up kinda round but not One stop for your wood burners/gas burners/pellet burners… I highly recommend ol John Martin
