My daughter and myself were trying on clothes and the 2 fitting room attendance where very rude. One of the ladies knocked on the door and before I could answer her she was unlocking the door to let someone else in the room, luckily I was fully dressed but my daughter wasnt so lucky in her room! The lady looked like she wished she was somewhere else besides there!

I was just in Martin’s Rainbow City. Purchased one item. When sales clerk rang up, item was more than what was on tag. I brought it to her attention, her response was you have to go to customer service to get your money back. Where is customer service? On the other side of the store, out a door in the hall. Don’t you have a manager that can correct your mistake? Let me call her. Manager comes over. Explained to manager. Her response I can’t fix it, You have to go to customer service.. No, I will just lose the money and never shop in your store again. Her response Have a nice day.
