These people can’t even stay at work until the store closes. I called at 5:10pm to inquire about availability of washers and dryers and they said they were currently closed. Too lazy for me to be interested in continuing any further.

I ordered two appliances to support the local business. One was available in the store, another was ordered. By the time of the installation 4 weeks later, the store sold the first appliance and need to order it – 2 more weeks of waiting.Haven’t seen worse installers. One gives a two-hour window in two weeks, but changes it without telling me ahead of time. Then he cancels the last moment. Another installer is more accommodating in terms of time. But the team arrives an hour late, cannot install the appliance properly and fake the job to receive a check. The store is either apologizes without a real help or doesn’t answer a phone.
