Great place!! There are negative comments but I followed and few others followed the rules/guidelines and NOTHING went wrong SMOOTH and CALM yes the wait is longer but have you seen the MILLIONS of people purchasing weapons?! Give them a break. I’d purchase here again!

My guess is that most of the one-star reviews are from people who didn’t pay attention to the rules and weren’t prepared. The folks here aren’t super happy-go-lucky, but it’s easy to see why: I was there for about an hour, and I overheard two customers arguing about things when they were clearly in the wrong (didn’t have the right paperwork, didn’t read the refund policy, etc…). I’m sure they get multiple people every day who try to argue about well my passport just expired or I didn’t know I had to bring proof of residency or I missed the deadline for pickup etc…The staff was very helpful and straightforward with me, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Once they could see I knew the process and wasn’t screwing around, we had some friendly conversation.They are slammed with orders right now, and limited in capacity because of the pandemic. Do your research, come prepared, and don’t expect warm fuzzies.

Logan was my sales rep over the phone and he did a perfect job. He didn’t pressure me into anything and gave his honest opinion on a glock 17 vs cz brand. He was perfect on his communication and answering all my questions. I wish more places were like this.
