The store was pretty organized and clean. The employees were friendly and assisted the many people that were shopping. I couldn’t find much home decor as I expected but overall what they did have was decent. I was looking for beach decorations, summer decorations, and springtime decor, but neither was available.

Cute stuff but terrible customer service.I was at the store today and wanted to exchange some shoes that didn’t fit my son. (WITH RECEIPT) (NO TAG). I never had an issue at any store including Marshall’s. Register #4 I believe her name was Karen (Go figure), had a bad attitude and tried arguing with me saying it was most likely not possible to exchange this without a tag and that it makes things more difficult for them. (As if it’s my fault that they have to do what they are paid to do.) I asked for a manager which I was denied, however I did meet the unfriendly “Darla” (manager at the time apparently). And she gave me a nasty look of annoyance because apparently between all 5 girls gossiping at the registers, they couldn’t figure out their own proper protocols. The cashier then continued to have an attitude with me and still complained that I should keep a better care in having the tags in tact with the merchandise. Again, I was asking for an exchange, not for my money back. It’s very sad and kind of shady that not a single male works there but one, who happened to be one of the managers as well and supposedly not there at the moment. I rather take my business elsewhere, I hope these young girls learn to not treat customers so poorly and that they should see their job as a blessing, especially in this pandemic.
