I bought a an iPhone cord from this store and it is not working. I already wasted my time coming back to return this equipment and the line was so long but they insisted on staying in the line like no apology of the defect of the equipment. It is their fault at the first place to sell something not working and should give an apology to customers and finish the refund as efficient and fast as possible. I suggest to creat a station for customer service!!
