I recently retired from the military and have been trying to get replacement parts for my CPAP from Marshall Medical Supply now for over nearly 2 months. They never called back nor follow up with my request. I have voiced my concerns with the TRICARE to ensure that proper management and professionalism is needed in this store.

Awful service. Nothing in writing. Nobody returns calls. When you do talk to corporate office they tell you something totally different each time. I’ll never deal with them again.

3 weeks and still no c-pap. No one in Atlanta answers the phone. Besides this they placed my account in Atlanta without even asking if I was ok with that. Contacting my insurance tomorrow to see if I can pick a different supplier since I have never used their service yet.
