I ordered flowers for my best friend all the way from CA and when I realized I’m three hours behind I called to offer an alternate address since I had made the order a little later in their day. They were able to still get the flowers to her at the original address in just a few hours, in inclement weather might I add. My best friend loved them! Thank you so much for being a part of this! Super grateful. Customer service was superb.

The worst flower shop in all of Syracuse. I ordered 5 Bouquets of flowers for Mother’s Day and only one person received the flowers I ordered and they delivered the wrong flowers. I called them for a refund and nobody picks up the phone. When you call it goes straight to voicemail. Don’t waste your money here. Over priced and garbage.
