I was very pleased with my experience at Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry. The store is located conveniently in DTLB with free parking. The store employees were welcoming, professional, competent, and well trained. They diagnosed the problem with my bracelet; provided a possible solution and timeline; and, followed up with texts and calls as to the status of my repair. After picking up my bracelet yesterday, the associate offered to clean my bracelet—gratis—every few months to maintain the functioning of the clasp. I will be returning to Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry for all of my future jewelry needs.
