I was recommended to Mark Allen Jewelers by a close friend who knew I was beginning to look for engagement rings. Upon arriving to Mark Allen I knew absolutely nothing about diamonds and admitted so to Felicia, the person assisting me. She promptly helped me figure out my price range and educated me on the scales of clarity and color and how they affect the price. She then proceeded to present me with a multitude of diamonds that were appropriate. At no point did I ever feel like they were trying to up-sale me, like I’ve felt with other jewelers, and were very respectful to my price range.Of course, the end product is absolutely stunning!Thank you Mark Allen Jewelers for making this moment perfect!

I had a 12 star out of 10 experience at Mark Allen Jewelers! Mark and Nate both helped me find a ring that was trendy yet unique and a perfect style for my wife. They were super honest and knowledgeable about the different types of stones and cuts that were in my target price range. They made what could have been a very stressful process very smooth for me. I also really liked the fact that they were not a big box organization. I knew I was getting the highest quality product and the best customer service possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best jewelry in Sonoma County!
