Excellent knowledge of their products and especially the crazy CA laws. Employees were helpful with my first firearm purchase. Prices are high, but reasonably so because there are no other options in the county. Had the specific ammo I had been searching for.

Great selection. I mean, great. They’re the only game in town in Marin. They could be a little friendlier and if they were, I’d give them 5 stars. So a bit standoffish, maybe it’s the nature of the industry. But once you engage them, they’re super knowledgeable.

Business appears to not want people to contact them or buy anything from them. Since their website is nist one nearly blank page, with no email address and the phone number in their google maps always only goes to a prerecorded message that doesn’t even allow to leave a message let alone simply directly talk with a person at the store to ask questions, discuss if and what they have in stock to see if it’s worth time driving there and back. So I’ll take my business to a business that is open for communicating an doing business
